The following childrens playhouse kits allow you to build your children a playhouse or playground structure that they will love to play in. These kits come with all the materials you will need to build the playhouse. You will need basic carpentry skills and basic carpentry tools. You can save a considerable amount of money if you have the inclination and the time to build your own playhouse.

Cape Cod Playhouse 4 x 6 With Floor Kit

  • 2x3 wood wall framing
  • 2x3 wood trusses 2’ on center
  • Duratemp siding prefastened onto wall panels(insures panels are square)
  • Straight trim prefastened to panels
  • All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
  • 2 working 14”x21” windows with safety glass, grids and screens
  • Shutters and flowerboxes
  • 2 cape cod dormers (non functioning)
  • (These cape cod dormers are not open to the outside)
  • Child’s dutch door (40” High x 20” Wide)
  • Adult dutch door on side (61” High x 34” Wide)
  • Includes Hardware needed to assemble (screws, latches, handles, nails)
  • Outside corner trim (white aluminum)
  • All trim and siding is preprimed

  • Customer provides Shingles, Dripedge and Paint.
